Thread: Been away awhile

Hello all

It's been quite a while since I spent any time here.

You may or may not remember I cut my finger very badly whilst kangaroo shooting at the end of 2010, severed two tendons and put a nick in another one.

Put me out of action for quite some time, and caused no end of other problems.

Been flat out doing everything but wood work since, trying to get ahead again.

I always liked the atmosphere of the WWF, and it has just been proven how good the people here are.

Around the time I cut my finger I was gathering a few old typewriters to use the keys to make a computer keyboard, still haven't got to it

I bought a typewriter in Victoria, and one of our members kindly offered to baby sit it until I could get it home. With all the stuff that went on with my finger, I never gave it another thought until tonight when I got a PM saying he still had my typewriter.

I really appreciate the typewriter being held onto all this time and wanted to thank Acco publicly, so thanks Acco I really appreciate it. .

Hope to be about a bit more regularly from now on.
