Brief Case Alarm?
I've heard of an alarm for brief cases that has two parts, one part goes inside the case, the other part you wear on you and an alarm goes off if the two are too far apart - like if someone tries to walk off with your case or you try to walk off without it.
I've checked the usual sources to no avail, has anyone heard of such a beast or know where I can get one.
Cheers
Paul

Just make sure you buy one where the explosive component is in the briefcase and not attached to your wrist.

I thought that a pair of hand cuffs would do the job. Try your XXX shop.
Not so easy when you go to the bathroom though.

Jaycar sell some units that may be suitable - they are designed to help you find your keys or remind you that you have left them behind. The more deluxe model has a basic range and distance function for the handset, not too exact from the picture, more of a hot or cold, over that way a bit sort of seeker.
Depending on the brief case you will probably have to attach the device to the outside, probably a key ring fitting on the handle hinge, as I don't think the tiny battery transmitter would get through a metal framed case, the signal would be 'grounded' by the frame.
