I remember seeing a guy who'd had a tracheostomy after suffering throat cancer. He was still smoking. He used to hold the cigarette up to the hole in his neck. I suppose if you think you're on your last legs anyway, it doesn't really seem to matter.

a mates dad had the same thing a ( a trachie) and used to breathe thru the hole in his throat... he used to **** off his missus by lighting a fag and puffing on it knowing full well he coudnt draw back through his mouth and nose... very funny (in a bizzare way....)
