Default Some days are diamond some days are stone

Work gave me suddenly about three days work to do in the last day and a half before my 6 day break - needless to say I was at the office late and early and wasted when holiday time began.

First day of holiday a sore throat, next few days sneeze and sniff, then cough cough cough.

Halfway through the holiday mum was rushed to hospital by ambulance and was there till 2am - thank goodness she is alright but requires tests for digestion.

Last day of holiday I take my best friend of the past 11years Becky dog the fox terrier to the vet to be put down - God I'll miss her.

Well I'm back at work - good news is day after tomorrow is my birthday and as a surprise I am getting a domino and systainer (bought them today) and other accessories to hold the timber etc and three new antique unstruck Eskilstuna socket chisels.

Some days are diamond, some days are stone
    Cheers

Hope the rest of the holiday went Ok, sounds like you need another holiday to get over the first.

Sorry to hear about your dog, I think I miss my dogs more than the X.

    Thanks guys,

Yes Neil I will miss my buddy terribly - I did have her buried just outside my shed - she did like to stay nearby me.

Been a crap start to the week - hoping for a nice finish though to the week - have a pool party on Sunday as my twin sister has her birthday on Saturday with me then we have a pile of relatives and friends dropping by.

Major, I don't know what you are talking about - What Domino? - It's a surprise
    Cheers
