    Default He is still dead BUT

    Michael Jackson is still dead. There was a lawsuit brought forward by his mother on behalf of the children.

    The claim was that the promoter of the 'This is it' tour (AEG) was responsible for hiring of the doctor that overdosed him.

    The jury, after about 5 months of a trial said no, the death was MJ and Dr. fault.

    So MJ is still dead but WE MAY NOW REST IN PEACE.

    MJ was an appalling role model and quite frankly, mentally disturbed. We're better off without him.
