Seriously, looks good. I've never tried cooking Chinese, have to give it a go one day.

I always find the problem with cooking Chinese is that the preparation takes sooooooooo long, and you have to go buy all those weird ingredients.

No, it's easy. You just have to dip them in boiling water for a 30 seconds or so to before you start. The skin peels straight off.

Jow104 my friend. Cooking Chinese is all about preparation. Wash the veg, boil the cashew nuts, deep fried the cashew nut, cut up the chicken (or cat), cook the rice, crack the eggs, cut up the celery, peel the carrot, cut up the carrot, boil the carrot, make the tea. 2 hours seems too short. The cooking takes only 15 to 20 minutes.

Arh, white man cooks Chinese. I told my mother-in-law so many times “not to try this at home” but she never listens.

It is all about procedure, you need to cook things in the right order. Not just maxing meat, vegetable and sauce together and heat them up. YUCK!! Don’t be fooled by those “Better homes and gardens” cook books.
