Federal hospital system
I see we have or will get a new medical system. I wonder how it will work with the set fee structure that has been mentioned. Who will pick up the difference, because as sure as eggs there will be a gap at some point.

going by past efforts-: insulation, BER, Green Loans etc I would be very very worried.
