old fire extinguisher
Any one know where I might find out some info on an old fire extinguisher I picked up today at an old junk shop in a country town?
All I can make out from the faded label is PYRENE. This is also embossed into the plunger handle with ADB 64 stamped into the handle.
Its about 30 cm long, about 8 cm wide and like a big brass syringe. there is a plunger handle at one end and a nozzel at the other.
There is a gold paper label on it that used to have quite a bit on it, I think some instructions, as well as info about the extingusher, I think. but its all too faded to make out.
Id like to know what it says and anything else about the device that may be interesting.
It appears to be in good condition and working order.____________________________
