Could this be the future.
Interesting article, possibly the future? Not sure how you could “finish” it.

2 problems immediately occur to me.
1. There is no discussion of durability. If you have to paint it the light/heat reflecting is compromised. Weather, rot and termites.
2. The infra red spectrum isn't the main problem. Radiation from the sun undergoes a phase shift as it passes through the atmosphere, again when it strikes mass on the ground and a third time as reflected back through the atmosphere. That third bit is where methane and CO2 come into it phase shifting other spectrum into infra red. The article was unclear on these points. It might be good but it doesn't make a solid case for that.
So it might be good but that article doesn't make a solid case. It's unclear and incomplete.I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.

Wait! No one told you your government was a sitcom?
