Thumbs up Arf-rye'is (creaky joints 'n all)

Give this gear a go, Comfrey.
You can get it at the 'elf food shops.
There's a couple of different sorts, we got some in tube & some in a jar.
The jar is smaller & cheaper than the tube but it is also greasier & seems to work faster.

I've got a dicky knee & it seems to work a treat.

Watch out for the greasy sheyet in the jar 'cos if you get it on your hands & rub your eye, you'll have a crook eye for a day.
    Cliff.

No, but you could try your nearest 7-11.

Talking of arthritis, I used to get crook in all the joints...

then the managers of the joints would kick me out.

I'd like to swap last weeks imaginations with you Iain.

Shoulders bin givin me hell for the week, pain even radiates down left arm.
Can't even drive a car let alone the tractor.

Don't dare use the chainsaw and theres a tree that fell over on a camper's car the other day that I need to chop up and get rid of.

Deskwork and the computer is painful too.

The one bright spot is feeding logs into my bandsaw don't give me any problems. But bandsaw blades wear out real fast.
    Regards, Bob Thomas

Had the same thing once. Got to the chiropractor who did a few wicked twisting/bending/pulling things to my neck and wham - the pain was gone. Seriously, when the pain's radiating down your arm it's time to see someone about it.

I do know what it's like Bob, dislocated my shoulder some years ago then hurt my neck.
Every so often I just can't get out of bed, it is an experience beyond description.
I use Tiger Balm (the imported one not local) and it works wonders, burns like hell but it is the only relief I have found that works within a couple of minutes.
    Very clever these little orientals
