It could only happen in Queensland
This description below was on Ebay, with a a picture of an engine.
(For Mexicans, I should add that it's not unusual for people up here to drive around with an engine or two in the back of our utes).
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/2L-diesel-mot...QQcmdZViewItem
This is a 2L diesel motor that was thrown in with the sale of a Hilux that I bought over 2 years ago.
I was told that it is out of an imported Surf.It was originally a turbo model but does not come with the turbo or manifolds,as I sold those, only what you see in the picture.
NOTE The condition of this motor is unknown.I only took it from the guy that sold me the Hilux because it was in the back of the ute and he couldnt be bothered taking it out?.
He was unsure of its condition also,so he said,so bid accordingly.
NO RESERVE its gotta go.
Engine no is 2L163306,it has Turbo-D ceramic power and 2LTHE written on the top of the motor

Wonder what he's going to replace it with.
Someone's probably told him to use bags of sand, or maybe he's just going to get an old v8?
