    I always thought Gltius Maximus was a famous Roman general.

    After 2 strenuous days work I now find that he is simply a pain in the posterior!!

    I think that may be Gluteus Maximus. If it is allowed, this pic shows the relevant part of the anatomy rather well and indeed it would, I imagine, have been a pain in the ####.
