On the move
After some dramas, we have finally sold our house, and move to Gympie on 21st.
As we are house and dog sitting for our daughterand and her family for 6 weeks, I will be using her computer to keep up with the forum. We move into our own home in October.. The owners are renting back for a few weeks till they find something which suits them. However, they have said we can get "The Shed" built as soon as we like. Can't wait. Will send pics of the progress.
Cheers,
Shirley

Supposing something nasty happened to the vendors where would you stand regarding ownership?

If your "renting back" then the house is sold and your a tenant. In this case with a limited tenancy.
No squatter rights or requirements for the vendor to consider the tenants situation if they are slow in finding other accommodation.Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working. — Pablo Picasso
