    Default Pickers!!!! My Favourite Show

    Not sure if anyone watches the TV show "American Pickers", I am addicted to it!!!

    For anyone who hasn't watched it, its about two blokes who own an antique collectables store and they drive around the country and find people who have been collecting junk for 50 years +. Some of the stuff is awesome!

    Does anyone do that in Australia?

    I could see myself doing it for a bit of fun!

    mate Frank cracks me up!! He only buys old signs and oil cans!?

    Imagine traveling through the deep south, I am sure you would come accross vintage woodwork gear?!

    Great Show.
    They are no fools. They only buy stuff if they fell there is a market for it and they can almost double what they paid - but it is a business for them. Just because it is old does not mean they want it. They don't buy all signs just the rare ones in good condition. If they are not sure of something they "phone a friend".
