Plastic "Bung Taps" - I want to "click" a garden hose onto the end of one...?
Dear Folks,
I don't suppose any of you know whether there's such an animal as a good old plastic Bung-Tap that is setup to allow a garden hose fitting to be "clicked" onto its end?
I'm talking about the little plastic ones that go into plastic Jerry Cans and the like, as opposed to the big ones that go into Barrels...
Many Thanks,
Batpig.

Go to an RV or caravan supply place and look at the water fittings that allow vans to be filled water.
There are screw in ones that fit water barrels.
Failing that get a 1/2" water fitting (nipple) at a plumbing supply place and work from there with fittings.

Dear ,
Thanks for the suggestion - I hadn't thought of the Camping places.
Will probably have to think about Brass fittings at the end of the day, as you have said, though...
Many Thanks,
Batpig.

What kind of water pressure do you intend to have it at (on standby and at full operation)?
