    How do you buy stuff from Australia?

    Paypal?
    Though it doesn't seem popular over there

    Can you do internet bank deposits to aussie bank accounts?

    Credit card probably the most convenient way. You can also do a bank transfer from Kiwi to Aussie bank...easiest when bank has footprint in both countries (eg ANZ).

    The heads normally get sent to arab market. An ebook is probably worth a couple of racks of lamb and a leg of hogget. If the ebook is good then mint sauce gets thrown in for free.
