    Default Silicone join

Have 2 stainless steel benches used for food preparation and the silicone job by someone fortunately unknown is a mess.

So Ive cut, scraped cleaned more of it out, there is enough so when a fresh run goes in it wont fall through.

But how do I get a nice smooth CLEAR silicone finish... Ive got a lot to learn yet.....Once that is done I then start where the benches meet the ceramic wall tiles, it looks like someone used a black texta.
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

Masking tape each side of join, apply silicon, remove majority of excess then dip finger in dishwashing detergent and wipe along join, then remove masking tape by doubling back on itself and pull. If you try removing the tape by pulling up in the air it will pull silicon with it. DON"T go near it for 12hrs min. If you use the speedy silicon, it skins over very quickly so you have to be reasonably quick through the process.
