A bit like robo debt on steroids as Graeme Cook said.

    Default Total No Recall

Here's a report saying there's a bug in the system,

I don't Recall seeing this report,

but your name is on the mailing list,

Sorry I must have read the report, but like I said I just don't Recall.

but you have advised senior management regarding the contents of this report and it contains vital information about a bug.

Sorry I don't Recall reading that part of the report regarding the bug and anyway at the time I was giving advice on another matter.

So your saying you did read the report, but failed to advice senior management about the bug.

Like I said I don't recall reading this part of the report, I must have just glanced over it and not thought it important, but reading it now and in hindsight I can see the importance of this information.

This week will be interesting as a Mr Jarnail Singh - Solicitor and former lawyer at Royal Mail Group and Post Office Ltd. He's another big player and a vile person to say the least. He's given evidence to the inquiry before but torn to shreds by Jason Beer KC.

Thanks for mentioning Fujitsu Yvan, agreed they are indeed equally coupable. Especially a Mr Gareth Jenkins.

So were talking perjury, perverting the course of justice & corporate manslaughter. The Post Office and its executives, lawyers and managers literally have blood on their hands.
The British government is going to need a bloody big carpet for this one.

The organisation is rotten to the core and should be sold to Amazon for one pound like Alan Bates has said.
No. There are still ten of thousands of hard working postmen struggling to deliver the mail and Amazon packages who must feel betrayed by their senior executives.

You would not want to sell them to amazon, not the nicest employer.

Most of them at the inquiry say "I don't Recall" they must have watched Ronald Reagan on the news when they were kids and thought yes I can use this at some point in my career.

But in answer to your question, sorry "I don't Recall" who I was referring too

I think the point Alan was making was, 'even' Amazon with all its failings could do a better job.

Taken from another forum, a quote by an English member who has been following the enquiry...

There's an extraordinary exchange between Beer KC and Angela Van Den Bogerd at the beginning of day 2 of her evidence dealing with POL's reaction when the news of the poor man's accident. No 'oh God how horrible,' no what can we do to support the family' etc etc. No, their reaction was that they needed urgently to instruct a media lawyer that very day. Just disgusting with no grain of humanity. Really, really shocking....

Just a correction, I believe that's on Day 3. I've just finished day 2 today, it's disgusting. At one point Angela van den Bogerd had said so often that she wasn't really associated much with that (whatever it was) that the KC was prompted to ask what actually did you do?

Just a reminder not to miss the Inquiry Friday as a Mr Jarnail Singh will be giving evidence again, I'm hoping Jason Beer does the questioning, he'll destroy the weasel.
