Cross cut sled for Bosch GTS 10 XC
Apparently the t track slots are different sizes on my table saw which I have just found out. Is there somewhere local to Perth or know the exact size for both tracks I need to order for the bars to slide perfectly in there with no play?
Hope that wasn't too confusing

I've never seen anything that you can buy off the shelf to fit non-standard mitre slots. So, as others have said, you'll have to cut your own.

should have included this link UHMW Length - 1/2" x 4" x 24" (12.7 x 100 x 610mm) | Workshop Hardware & Fittings - Carbatec
The UHMW plastic is also available as pre-cut strips ready to insert into your mitre slot. Cost about $10 each.
If you mount the strips so that they are located towards the edge of the slot closest to the saw blade, an fit matching the width of the slot is not required.regards from Alberta, Canada

Another option is Microjig's zero play bars.
Microjig Zero Play Mitre Bar Kit | Carbatec
Depending on the size of your sled these may work well for your situation. I find them a little bit small for my liking, so i use them for sleds that don't get a lot of use.
