Custom Onsite Sawbench
Wasnt sure where to put this.
As a chippy was wanting to hear from some other people with some setups of saw benchs that worked really well, as Im in the process of possibly buying one/having a custom one made.
I dont care if its a stock saw bench or commercial one, just as long as it has a custom large fence (i.e a 2+ metre one) with saw stop etc, as I will mainly be using this setup for cutting in frames for homes, so it would preferably be portable (able to take apart and tie up/away easily)
I drove past a site today and it looked from afar as if he had a very narrow version of a aluminium plank used for scaffolding etc, but say only 150-200mm wide, custom cut with the saw on it, then a custom steel fence, maybe 5 metres (2.5m on each side of the saw) with adjustable legs, looked good, but was only a fleeting glance, maybe someone has seen these?
Any help would be great!
