DIY Arrow Cut Off Saw
MDF and Ply construction. 60mm dia Diamond coated disc mounted in Dremel and Dremel drill stand clamp. Cuts my Carbon and A/C arrows.

Looks really good Mike.
You could put a vacuum port on the back of that cover as well. Carbon dust is not that nice. I might pinch your design. I've been meaning to make an arrow saw for years. I usually borrow one from the club but it would be nice to have one on hand all the time.
I think it might be 60mm dia disk or you have really big arrows.Those were the droids I was looking for.

No defo 60cm! Thanks. If I made another I would use a sewing machine motor and foot speed control pedal. That is what the "Best Arrow Saw" had that I used to use. I pinched their idea for the tailstock "bearing". A deep 9.5mm hole, mine is drilled into a hex bolt head that I have turned in the lathe. It takes pins ,points, nocks, and the shafts from my X10's and X-Busters.

Good quality with mandrel. Other sizes available.
