Those final touches take so much time. Deburring the tig rods, inserting magnets in the 3d prints, shortening the drill bits…. Etc etc.

I have 6 of each size ready to go. I will list them tomorrow. I have more that still need final prep.

    Thanks for your patience everyone.

Thanks for the interest and encouragement. As always, it took 4x longer than I had anticipated. The next batch will be much prettier but also a bit more expensive.

So, I have listed them on the MARKETPLACE sub-forum. I have reserved kits for those who expressed interest and provided sizes. For those who didnt indicate which size they wanted please post a purchase request in the marketplace with your required size and I will ensure that you get one even if I run out of stock. I have no idea how these will sell but I promise that I will look after those in this sub-forum as I have stock left over.

Now, to clean up the colossal mess I left behind in the shop.

PS. I will post the dowel jig plan in the homemade tools/jig forum. I am working on making a cut list. I will be testing it next week or the week after (knee surgery next wednesday and not sure how I will recover) I have also ordered some PTFE plastic to act as the guide bushings which will ensure accuracy. They should arrive next week. This is the only non-plywood part of the jig other than the router and bit although I might be adding a cam device to dial in the dowel diameter. See this all on my post there.
