Thank you mates
Apricotripper
I was fascinated from the lever turning so fast and I wanted to add the pic but, I had nothing to say about it, so..."Sorry, just showing off" is the only thing that came to my mind..

Thank you Jim
I'm using T-nuts on the knobs, you can see them on other posts
The problem is that I cannot find here a T-nut for M10 (only M6 & M8)....next time I go to Japan I'll buy bunch of them, much easier than pushing a nut...

Niki, as always it's clever and simple. BUt please please please, take away that label you use "Apprentice (New Member)". You should be calling yourself "Polish Expert".

Thank you Tiger
If you like, you can make small improvement...I pushed the nut into a small knob so it's easier and faster to turn the nut for distance adjustment as on the 2 pics below
Another improvement is...if you need stronger pressure, you can use a lever instead of the nut.
After you tight the inner (upper) lever, you can continue and press with the outer (lower) lever to get even higher pressure...
