Planer blades alignment jig
HI to all up there.
I made this jig from 2 pieces of 19 X 19 m/m sq. steel and 6 magnets + a bit of epoxy, before you stick the magnets mark the fence at the highest point of the blade with the out feed table then put the steel tube against the fence just passing the mark allowing you to see the the screws to secure the blade and mark the steel, pass that mark to the opposite side and stick the magnet in both pieces, the other 2 in each one just see the pics. MAKE SURE THE MAGNET ARE AT THE SAME LEVEL.
can be used in any blade length and is very cheap.
