Scms
This is how I built in my SCMS into my workbench. The saw is level with the bench and the extra fence on the left side is 2 metres and on the right side a further metre.

The fence has 3 sliding lift up stops on each side and together with the 500mm spacer stick can be used for all measurements. The measuring tape is an ordinary dressmakers tape fixed to the fence with double sided adhesive carpet tape.
