Thread: Shop Made Horizontal slot mortising machine

Inspired by Matthias Wandel's multi slot mortising machine,(www.woodgears.ca) I decided to give it a go.
Had some parts laying around from an old edge banding machine that we dismanteled at work a few years ago, and tought that I could make use of some of this.
I had a dual linear ball bearing slider and a vertical mount with a threaded rod to use as height adjustment.
So I put this together in a couple of nights.
Did not take the time to put any finish or paint on it, but it works great anyway
