    Default table saw aligning modification

Hi All. I thought I would share my method of aligning the table of my TSC10B. This mod allows you to microadjust the table position relative to the blade using a large barrell screw. This avoids the rubber mallet or block of wood and hammer method of "microadjusting". Set up the barrell screw with as little slop as possible in the bolt to bracket connection for best results. Picture explains the set up.

Looks good. I have always wondered when people talk about accuracies in the order of a few thou and adjusting with a mallet. Thanks for sharing.

That's a grate idea...very well done and I'm sure that you can adjust the blade to even to ±0.

I have an EB PK-255 and the blade alignment is done by tightening nuts on each side of the casing....otherwise, I would use your idea.

    Excellent

    Regards

Thanks Niki It does give you that accuracy and is very easy to use. Very cheap and not difficult to install. Hazard
