Zero clearance Inserts
Just a word of thanks to Sturdee for posting his zero clearance inserts design.
Today I mounted my new saw onto a plywood base with dust extraction port at the bottom.
After a lick of paint and a close check of all the parts and alignments the ZCI was the very first thing I made, including the addon mini riving knife. Thanks for the idea Sturdee it worked a treat. Will post some piccys when I get hold of a camera.
