It will be great to see you Allan and Matmann.
I know I have pushed the barrow about clubs before but I can't believe how fantastic our club is. It is like being in heaven.
For the festival last year we had about 52 members help out during the weekend and about 32 members cleaning up on Sunday night. This is without any roster in place. Keeping in mind we have about 90 members but some members are traveling around the countryside and others are unavailable for family or health problems.
I am so happy about the club environment, I have joined a Gardening club and if I can wangle some more time, I am planning on joining the bushwalking club.
I tell my kids, I am going clubbing.

Went there on Sunday and saw lots of great stuff, and came away with some new project ideas. I must say the kids workshop was wonderful to see, and no doubt a few budding woodworkers have been started on the pathway by the wonderful team at the exhibition. Congratulations to all involved.

I went on Sunday and had a great time.
Lots of familiar faces, not just from the Eltham Woodworking Club
but others as well. Thank you for supporting us.
I sold raffle tickets and played a few tricks with the young kids
whilst giving them a freebie (a scroll sawn wooden animal). They
then went on to "Wes' Workshop" and helped build their own
little carry box with handle to take home.
The exhibition was excellent, the other items on a "sale" table
were popular, and the workshop area with woodies going flat
out certainly kept the crowd happy.
Well done everyone !
