Insurance
Can anyone tell me how Woodworking club get on with BUILDING insurance?
We have a situation where we have moved into a building the insurance was
$919.94 and because the insurance company was advised it was now a woodworking club using the building the insurance is now $2441.37
this seems be outragous

David,
It might be worth looking closely at the policy. I think the problem may lie in the fact that previously the shed had been for private use. Public Liability for clubs etc is horrendous. I'd reckon that's where the difference is.
