Skills and Knowledge Sharing Day
Central Western Woodwork Group
(Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Horsham, Maryborough, Sunbury)
Ararat being the host for a Skills and Knowledge Sharing Day
To be held at Alexander Hall 10am—4pm
SUNDAY 28th AUGUST 2011
This day is open to the public, gold coin entry
Come along and see the skills demonstrated by the skilled
woodworkers from the above clubs.
Demonstrations will include :
Lathe Turning: Brendan Stemp ,Greg Coburn ,Gary Freestone,
Scroll Saw Work : John Schonfelder Darren Tumney
Preparing Segmented Bowl Turning Darren Kelly
Wood carving
Pen Making
Pyrography
Safety in the work shop
Various other activities
Displays of work completed by members
Torque Work Centres will be displaying their products
