    Default Calling all Kiwi woodworkers!

G'day fellows Kiwis, hey i joined the Kiwi wood workers group yesterday but there's nothing happening, it was started by Jas the master a few years ago but he's not been on for over a year and there's been no discussions or photos added at all.
I would love to get it cranking, so if theres any other kiwis who'd like to help me I'd certainly love to hear from you as I don't really know where to start.
So feel free to send me a PM or just reply to this thread.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Carlos.

    Hi kiwi75
I have recently returned to NZ after a number of years in Australia where I observed with much interest the goings on with this forum - just didn't participate much!! Guess I was too busy at work and woodworking was only a weekend activity after all of the "other" chores were completed. However I have returned to a small farm I have in NZ as a retirement project. Fundamental to that is to get into the shed much more often and do some turning, scroll sawing, box making and what ever else comes my way. So I am at present getting the shed set up and ready for projects to begin. We are about to build a new cottage on the land so that will undoubtly lead to plenty of projects coming my way.
I support your idea of having some NZ thread and would be willing to support in what ever way I can. Not sure what you were referring to when you mention Kiwi Woodworkers group. Could you please enlighten me.
Send me an email message directly and we can establish some thoughts about continuing to move this forward.

    Kind regards
    Richard

If you go to your profile and then follow the link to " Join Group" you will see them. None of them seem to be active.
