granny flat
Howdy all, I want to build a granny flat in the back yard,
Does anyboby have a set of plans of a small type 2 or 3 x room with toilet/shower building that would be suitable to be used as a g/ flat. Any or types of construction would be good to consider.
Thanks and looking forward in seeing what turns up.

Larry,
If you haven't do so already, a phone call to the local council to check what's allowed and what planning/building approvals are required, is a good place to start. The actual plans will probably be the least of your problems!
Good luck with the project.
