Default Maps of the Old Dart

For those poms who have rellies in the UK, this is a useful site:

    http://www.streetmap.co.uk/

On this site you can find any place in the UK, even in remote country areas. It is searchable by place name or post code. It displays the required portion of the 1:50,000 scale, or smaller-scale, if you so choose, map. So, when your niece reports that she has just purchased a one-bedroomed hovel in Wolverhampton for 400,000 pounds, you will know where to find it when you visit.

I would be interested to know if there is a similar website covering Australia, or North America.

    www.land.vic.gov.au
go to maps and gradually shrink until where you want to be.
Used this to shaft a neighbour who filled in a creek.
Only for Vic but sure other states would have the same.
