Hopefully the animal is already dead
... why keep stabbing it ...its a waste of time.

"give em a wack with the scraper."

    Talking Boil not Prick

I do not PRICK my Sausage

    What I do do
is to Boil them before use,
This gives me some Stock for other use.

    On the other hand,
    if they are "Wurst" type

I NEVER Boil OR Prick 'em.

I don't do any of them.
Havn't eaten sausages since I helped in a butchers shop
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons,
for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

If you buy good sausages, then you don't need to prick them.
