    Trouble is these people don't have a clue. They are teaching people the wrong stuff. To make it worse, 7 can easily be written as sqrt(9)! + (9/9).

    The first one I thought of was 99 - (9*9) = 99 - 81 = 18.
    Then I saw there were 6 pages of answers. Back to the gardening....
