I got stuck on level 2

I'm stuck on 10.
I can't work out if its a maths problem or a decoding problem (or both)
I've got some of the clues but it doesn't seem to help.

Pugwash... there are hints on the page, you just have to look for them.. they are called a Ditloid, look it up Wikipedia

Make sure you google the whole page ( including the No. )

I'm stuck also. I've managed to find the following clues by viewing the source code, E=1, F=8, N=3, U=9 and R=0 is on the page tab. What next?

I'm stuck on level 404.

Or at least that's what I keep getting each time I'm ready to start, and try to "off I go" ...

You got the value of O , N , & E now replact the letters with those numbers and you will have the value of T & W etc etc
