If you can't find plans consider the following.
Assuming a basic square - 4 top rails, 4 bottom rails and enough wooden uprights poles between the two to ensure that the gap between them ( and don't forget to think about what happens at the corners ) is such that it is below 12.5cm ( or whatever the current guidance is for not getting the brat's head stuck ).
If it isn't to have a bottom then it needs to be heavy enough that junior can't lift it up ( with or without the use of convenient toys - even small humans can work out tools ) and either crawl through totally or get her head through and then have the weight come down and suffocate them or crush her skull )
If it does have a bottom then the fit between bottom and walls must be such that there are no possible finger entrapments.
Consider how you are going to join the sides together - you want to be able to dismantle it.
I'd be taking a trip along to the local nursery shop and seeing how the professionals have made theirs.
oh ... and don't paint it with that lead based paint you have lying around in the garage.no-one said on their death bed I wish I spent more time in the office!
