Kid size desk?????????
I am under instructions to build a desk for the kids. I have a simple plan for a full size desk that would do very well, except for its size.
Can I shrink the plan (in proportion) to achieve the correct size?
The important dimension would appear to the height. The orginal leg length is 692mm. The height that I want is about 550mm. That is a size reduction of 20%.
If all of the dimensions were shrunk to 80% of the orignal size, would the over all look and function of the desk be maintained?Specializing in O positive timber stains
