Plans / Kits for self contained office
Hello all,
I am new on this site / forum and this is my first posting.
I am thinking about building some form of demountable office / shed in the backyard of rented house (we have 1/2 an acre). Just a single room with a window and door suitable for pretty hot climate (south coast NSW). Is there any company making plans / kits for these kind of things. Found this US site Building the Low Cost Getaway Cabin which shows a cabin that cost $1400 US to build apparently. Would prefer an AUS design however - not need to worry about snow for instance in Nowra...
We do have a double garage down the back which given some ideas I got from reading other posts about insulation might be able to be made habitable (and the wireless networking goes that far down the garden). But If I lined part of that then I couldn't really take it with us when we move from here (which won't be for years but still kind of a waste of money).
Any ideas / companies / suggestions.

And when you move on how much will it cost to move and freight this one room shack?
Do up the room you have and get as much use out of it as possible, wont be too hard to leave when you go.Jim Carroll
