Can't get in contact with Ideal Tools
Wondering if anyone recently has corresponded successfully with Ideal Tools? I've rung and emailed a few times in the past week without success.
I made a purchase of some Walko surface clamps late last year and was able to contact them to organise a partial return. (I ordered 2 x , not realising that each unit comes with a pair of clamps. Only needed two, not four)
I've tried to follow up with them after 3 weeks to see when they'd process my refund, but emails haven't been replied to and the phone keeps ringing out.
Not that I'm panicking, but it would be handy to have an accepted return processed for refund in reasonable time.I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory...

Had email dealings in December last. Included a refund which went through pretty quickly.
There was mailing list email from them on 15 Jan that mentioned a workshop relocation.being completed, but that's the last I've heard from them,

The beautiful thing about relocating is getting a new NBN connection.... or maybe not.
Apologies, for the difficulty in getting in contact with us over the phone and sometimes email lately. Hopefully we have better connectivity soon.
If you are trying to call and don't get answered immediately, please leave a message and I'll give you a call back. Or email me at [email protected]
Thanks everyone.

I can understand your pain with NBN.
My accountant was moving and the new place did not have NBN. How far was he moving? One floor down in the same building!
