Ct33 Dusty
Gidday
Changing the bag on my dusty the other day and noticed something that appears to be out of place. It appears that the seal behind the black bottom section of the bag container is protruding. I would imagine that it has been like that since new. Is this a concern? Doesn't seem quite right to me. I have owned the unit for a few years, probably out of warranty. this is the 4th bag change I have done and I have not noticed it before.

Hi Bevan,
Not a big concern, but won't be helping performance. Give Festool service department a call on 1300 063 900 and explain / show them the images. They should be able to help you. At least with instruction on how to refit the seal back in place.
