    Default Domino lookalikes at Carbatec

Yesterday I ventured south to Carbatec to purchase some books and as always had a drool over some of the other stuff.
10% discounts on HNT Gordon planes and plastic jars filled with domino type tenons. Can't remember the name, but they seemed to be about the same price as the real deal. (8x40mm, approx. 130/jar for $25 as compared to Festool at $25.33. for the same number)

    Just thought I'd letcha know.

    Regards,

    Rob

They are cheaper when you look at the quantities vs price. Any idea what timber they use.

Anyone used them? I wonder if they are a better fit than the festool ones ie snug rather than hammer fit!
