Festool Kapex 120 table not level
Hello, I have placed my Kapex 120 on a flat surface, and clamped a 700mm length of 3mm thick 50 x 50 aluminium angle to the table of the saw and against the fence, clamped either side of the blade, and measured the distance from the flat surface to the underside of the aluminium. On the left of the saw it measured 109 mm high, and on the right 110mm high.
I am in the process of making a 2 metre long mitre saw station, with the saw near one end, and need the table surface of the saw to be dead level.
Can anyone please advise how I might be able to do this?
I cannot get the rubber feet in each corner undone , either, they just turn as the Allen key placed in the cap screw is rotated. There seems to be no height adjustment with these feetregards,

Shim the feet when the saw is in place would be my method, no need to make it more complicated than that.

Shimming is the way to go. Also the aluminium angle and tabletop are not liekly to be "straight edge" perfect, so they could be wrong 0.5mm each and the KAPEX right. But regardless, shim to correct. Also consider locking down the KAPEX with the four bolt holes provided in the cast base. This could take out any level differences as well.

...forget all that shimmy shammy stuff, it sounds serious so I strongly suggest you send it to me, an unauthorized festool repairer.
It sounds like your oscillating green capacitor is not level, and will need serious work. Shouldn't take any longer than 5 years to fix and test. Meanwhile I will send you a loaner(dewalt) to keep you cutting.

Many thanks for this kind offer Wolften, but I fixed the problem by bolting the four legs down, as suggested by nt900. The final clearance on both sides of the table was 109mm.
Can you please advise where I can find the oscillating green capacitor in case it needs replacement in future?regards,
