Are Ideal Tools still in business
Anthony, are you still there?
Just tried the website (dead link) and phone number (disconnected) for Melbourne.
I hope it's just a glitch and they're still going - Anthony is great.

Mystery solved.
I thought I was going mad.
I tried the 1300 number (as the other one didn't work for me).
Anthony said they are migrating to a new server today so there are some outages that possibly are affecting different people in different ways (maybe depending in individual ISPs?).
All is well with Ideal Tools - their service really is good.

We're still here - just updating servers today.
Hi Scott,
We are still here alright. I have been in the process of migrating all our systems onto new larger servers, so some down time was experienced and depending on where you are in the country/world may still be experienced for a few more hours.

Been 48 hours of fun fun fun. Guess who got a new server for Easter but would have preferred a DOMINO XL.
