Fwiw, the pic on the left looks near identical to the new (US) Triton router collet. Works like a dream

Well I hope they do something better than the collet I received with a certain brightly coloured router I once had. This was the only router collet I have had jam, and after applying pressure to the collet to get the bit out, the following happened. At the time this router was purchased, the collet on that router certainly did not resemble the Festool one.
NOTE: Image of broken router is NOT a Festool router.
