Kapex 120 changes?
Has anyone else got a Kapex (bought mine last week) that does not have the arbor bolt guard installed?
The mounting locations are there but not drilled......
Curious!

Who can say. Well we can say a little bit - different standards in different countries. But it seems to be inconsistent as far as how tough (or sometimes silly) these standards are for each country. Personally I can see far more than can hurt you on any given SCMS over the arbour bolt. Maybe the US safety experts know something or enforce something based on experiences or incidents other countries have not experienced or find less compelling to enforce.
