    Default OF2200 and the Unilift

Does anyone know if the OF2200 will fit the woodpeckers Unilift? Festool do not say what the size of the base is. I know it is not round, but to fit the Unilift it would need to fit the 175mm diameter plate. My local Festo dealer does not have an example on display for me to measure. Grahame at Professional Woodworkers Supplies also does not know whether it will fit. He did provide me with the 175mm plate size.
    Regards
    Les

All the 2200 bases are removable so you could probably attach to the sub base.

    Hi Les,

I can measure up an OF2200 in the morning and let you know the dimensions. I can also chat with Graham at Professional Wood Supplies about any other considerations to ensure it will all work out with the two products.

Maybe just to clarify. Graham did not provide me with a plate, but the dimensions of the plate that fits into the Unilift.
Groggy, I am aware of the removable bases of the OF2200 (click in system - seems great). However the standard base is the same size as the router (metal) base. This is what I need to know. I am planning the mother of all router tables and wish to use the mother of all routers with a very good lifting system (Unilift). I know it is expensive, that it will be the final word in router tables when completed.

I measured the base of the OF 2200 (200mm diameter) on the weekend and it will not fit the Unilift - unfortunately. I now need to find a decent lift that will hold the OF 2200 (other than the Festool plate itself which at almost $1000 is a no go - I wish to fit the router and lift to a NYW style router table).
