Default Anyone own an OFK 700?

Hi guys, haven'y posted on here in a while, but having a bit of a nightmare today after my Festool OFK 700 EQ Plus Aus Laminate Trimmer arrived in the post today.

It seems i have a lot of parts missing, the shop that i ordered it from have apologised and said there had benn a mix up and will send me the rest of the parts, but, having not seen one of these or being able to see what a new one comes with, i'm not sure that i'll have all the parts i'm supposed to when they do arrive

So if anyone has one, i'd really appreciate it if you could take a pic of all the parts that they are supplied with? I've posted mine here so you can see whats missing.

I've looked at the instruction manual and it looks like i'm missing all the parts in box 66 in the pic apart from part 60. I'm also missing the plug-it lead

Really gutted this has happened, was really looking forward to giving this a go

Have you contacted Festool Australia or checked the Festool sites to see what is included in a plus kit?

This is what I have got off a festool agent and have copied.

    Scope of delivery • Ø 1/4" collet
    • dust extraction hood
    • edge trimming cutter D 19 x 16
    • operation tool
    • Includes Systainer

May I suggest you ask Anthony the main supporter of this Festool forum he might be able to help you further!

    Cheers

Yeah it's strange! All the parts in the diagram fit underneath the trimmer, it's pretty much useless without those parts, it's photographed on all sites and on the Systainer with those parts fitted as per the pic below, and i can't see them listed as accessories anywhere...

It's looking like i'm the only mug who has bought one of these then!!

It looks like a really good machine from what i can make out anyway, love the fine adjustment for depth, that will be great for laminate trimming and using a rounding cutter. Little video of it in action here with great music to boot

I have the MFK700 and love it. It is permanently fitted with a 2.5mm roundover bit.

The MFK looks like a good tool as well mate, i was tossing up whether to get one of those or these, but the price swerved me in the end, i got this for $699

Good news is that they are sending me a new one direct from Festool now, and this one with missing parts has gone back to the shop

I think there was a comparison done between the MFK700 & The OFK700 I got the impression that the MFK was dearer.
