The more expensive one has a brushless motor (newer).

It's interesting, because at the time of loading, I see the descriptions on the Sydney Tools page as (in order):
Festool ETS EC150/5 EQ-PLUS (575049) EC150/5 EQ-PLUS 400W 150mm (6") Random Orbital Sander
[Pre-Order] Festool ETS EC150/5 EQ-PLUS (576333) 400W 150mm (6") Brushless Random Orbital Sander
Not only is one a pre-order, but also, BOTH refer to the brushless model in their description, and the state Festool part number changes between each description.
Also interestingly, Festool Australia only returns one result for part number 575049... which "redirects" to the page selling 576333 (a brushless ETC EC150/5 in a systainer).
The only thing I can conclude is that the FIRST like (which uses the "wrong" part number, and is cheaper) is the pre-price change page for the product, and that at the price change time, some other change at Festools end prompted a change in part number.
I see no difference in the two units (though note the second is pre-order), so whilst it's only a $24 difference, it's actually a small discount on the sander given current prices if they have stock, and you were keen to buy.

The ETS 150/3 (or 150/5, depending on the size of the stoke) is the BRUSHED version of the sander. I'm not sure if this is being made any longer, but it certainly did exist, and did have brushes as far as I can determine.
The ETS EC150/3 (or 150/5) is the BRUSHLESS version.

the $1025 price is "in store only"
the $1049 price includes "free shipping"
in all other respects the item is identical
